Boston Acoustics offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser of any Boston Acoustics home and custom audio products or accessories purchased from an authorized Boston Acoustics dealer, including authorized internet partners. This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that occur in normal use of the Boston Acoustics product for the stated period and will be repaired without charge for parts and labor. If product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a comparable product or (at Boston Acoustics’ discretion) a refund of the current retail price of the product. It is the customers’ responsibility to use the unit according to the instructions supplied, to provide safe and secure transportation to an authorized Boston Acoustics service representative, and to present proof of purchase in the form of the original sales receipt to establish warranty coverage. The customers’ sales receipt should note the model, serial number and date of purchase from an authorized Boston Acoustics dealer.

Excluded from this warranty are parts damaged from abuse, misuse, acts of God, improper installation, accidents, shipping, repairs or modifications by anyone other than an authorized Boston Acoustics service representative. This warranty is limited to the Boston Acoustics product and does not cover damage to any associated equipment. This warranty does not cover the cost of removal or reinstallation.
The product warranty is null and void if any of the following has occurred:
- Serial numbers are defaced or removed.
- The date sticker is removed from the product.
- Proof of purchase is not presented with the product at the time of repair.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. IN NO EVENT WILL BOSTON ACOUSTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE CURRENTLY SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. BOSTON ACOUSTICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT.
This written warranty represents the entire warranty agreement between Boston Acoustics and customer. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights and the customer may also have other rights that vary, from state to state. Some states limit what warranties may be excluded as well as how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If service is deemed necessary, the first step is to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. If that is not possible, contact Boston Acoustics via our online form: www.bostonacoustics.com/support, or call us at: 877 924 5817. Boston Acoustics will promptly advise what action to take. If it is necessary to return the product for repair, it must be shipped prepaid and in appropriate packaging to an authorized Boston Acoustics Service Center. After the unit has been repaired, Boston Acoustics will return it freight prepaid in the U.S. and Canada.
