Charlie Randall
President
Charlie Randall assumed the presidency of Boston Acoustics, Inc. in the fall of 2005. He brings 21 years of CE industry experience to his position as head of Boston, and he continues to serve as President of McIntosh Laboratory, a sister D&M Holdings, Inc. company.
Prior to joining Boston Acoustics, where he leads the company in the development and marketing of innovative high-performance loudspeaker systems and other products for the home entertainment and the automotive industries, Mr. Randall served in various top engineering positions at McIntosh, a renowned manufacturer of ultimate-quality audio products. In his tenure as McIntosh’s Head Engineer, Mr. Randall led development of 21 home and car audio products.
Mr. Randall will always remain an engineer at heart, and plays an integral part of product planning and development at both Boston Acoustics and McIntosh. He earned his Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1988.
Eli Harary
Senior Vice President, General Manager
A 30-year veteran of the consumer electronics industry, Mr. Harary has an extensive record of success in consumer electronics sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Infinity Home Speaker Brand. He has also held a variety of executive-level marketing and product development positions for Infinity, JBL and Harman with both domestic and global responsibilities.
Phil Cohn
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing,
Custom, Home and Mobile Products - North America
Phil Cohn is an 18-year consumer electronics industry veteran with a proven record of success in Strategic Sales Planning and Channel Management. Before joining Boston, he served as Vice President of Sales for Rio Audio and held a number of Strategic Sales and Management roles with companies including Sony Electronics and Samsung Electronics. Mr. Cohn holds a B.S. and an MBA in ----------------------------------------------Marketing from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Debra Ricker
Vice President, Finance
Debra Ricker started at Boston Acoustics 20 years ago as Controller. Prior to that, she spent more than ten years at Babco-Textron, a manufacturer of small aircraft engine components. Her last position with Babco-Textron was that of Assistant Controller. She holds a MSF degree from Bentley College.
