I bought this from my local audio store for in my jeep wrangler where i already have a 12"jl. i put this under the drive seat in a box about the size it comes in and hooked it up to a 400 watt amp and it sounds amazing. deep clean sounds i love it!

I have a complete Boston system in my camper van. GT2300, GT2200, GT4100, 2 pro 60's, 2 pro 50's, SPG 555, G112, and two of these G108's I use for mid-bass only (90-200 hz). I love this system, it hits hard and sounds clean no matter how hard you crank it. I have a major complaint though. Boston does NOT make grilles for there subs so I custom made grilles for the SPG 555 and the G112. I just ordered some KICKER grilles for the G108's. This sucks that Boston doesn't have grilles for there subs and they need to do something about it. Kicker. Fosgate, Alpine, Polk Audio, JBL, JL Audio,etc.. all have grilles for their subs. WTF !!!!!!!

The G108 is a typical Boston. It sounds good. Although there are other 8" subs out there that can give you more output, the motors are too big to fit anywhere you would normally put an 8" driver which sort of defeats the purpose.
