WOW, WHAT CAN I SAY. THE PRO60SE SERIES FROM BOSTON ACOUSTICS IS MUCH MORE THAT A NORMAL COMPONENT SYSTEM. THEIR STYLE IS AS APEALING AS THEIR SOUND. I WORK FOR A CAR AUDIO COMPANY IN GREELEY QUALITY AUTO SOUND. BEING ABLE TO DO A-B TESTS ON THEM RIGHT HERE IN MY STORE IS THE REASON I CHOSE THEM OVER ANYTHING ELSE. FOCAL HAD NOTHING THAT COMPARED IN EVEN THE NEXT PRICE RANGE UP . THE PROS NOW HAVING THE SAME TWEETER AS THE SPZ REALLY FINISHES THE ICING ON THE CAKE. PRIOR THEY USED TO BE A LITTLE OVER POWERING ON THE TWEETER END. BUT NOW THEY ARE JUST AS IMPRESSIVE AS THE Z LINE. I HAVE A P500-2 POWERING THEM AND THE POWER THEY CAN HANDLE IS AMA ZING. THEY ALWAYS DO WHAT IS PROMISED AND WHEN THESE GO OUT. I WILL GET ANOTHER SET

The sound is good but not exceptional. Yes it is better then stock, but any sound gains were offset by the lack of durability. Mobile Audio needs to very strong The connections are very weak. The connectors do not hold very well and when I sodered them the plastic melted with very little heat, simply not rigid. The RMS is listed as 125 watts however the speakers are unable to handle 60 watts at 4 ohms. I will remove mid range speaker and replace with another brand.
