I've used Boston's for home & mobile entertainment for over 20 years. I added 4, P430's to the side & rear channels of my 7.1 Surround system nearly two years ago. They mated very well with my VR2's and the VRC. I'm using a Denon AVR-3805 to power them. They are especially fun when playing SACD. They are certainly light on low range and mid bass, but my dual self amped subs take care of that. I did expect a fuller sound, but I have them in a large living room, with tall ceilings. Have not experienced any quality issues. Install was a breeze and the grills have a finish that even pleased my wife's "do the speakers look nice?" test. You won't go wrong picking up a set of these.

I put three of these speakers around my 3600.00 dollar TV and they seem to be doing fine. I was a little concerned about it working for the center. But I have'nt had any sound problems. I've owned three sets of Bostons for my home theater since 1995. They have been all up grades with only one speaker blowing out. I would definetely recommend Boston speakers. Does anyone have concernes about using P430's for a center? Thank you Boston Acoustics for all the entertainment!
