Steve Chilinski General Manager Steve Chilinski joined D&M Holdings as the General Manager for Boston Acoustics in August, 2009. He brings significant leadership experience, and has managed global businesses across many industries including medical/dental instrumentation, electronics and network devices, consumer products and engineered processing equipment. Most recently, Steve was the CEO of Wolverine Proctor. Steve graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University, and is also a CPA.
Eli Harary Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing A 30-year veteran of the consumer electronics industry, Mr. Harary has an extensive record of success in consumer electronics sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Infinity Home Speaker Brand. He has also held a variety of executive-level marketing and product development positions for Infinity, JBL and Harman with both domestic and global responsibilities.
Debra Ricker Vice President, Finance Debra Ricker started at Boston Acoustics 20 years ago as Controller. Prior to that, she spent more than ten years at Babco-Textron, a manufacturer of small aircraft engine components. Her last position with Babco-Textron was that of Assistant Controller. She holds a MSF degree from Bentley College.
