Boston Acoustics Warranty and Non Warranty Repairs For units found defective after the 30 days, the unit should be shipped to our Canadian National Service Center (see web link below) for repair. A dated copy of the customer's bill of sale is required for in warranty repairs. The inbound shipping costs and proper packaging to prevent damage are the customer's responsibility. The return shipping costs for in warranty repairs are covered by Boston Acoustics, out of warranty repairs will be charged for return shipping and the repair itself.
